We are incredibly proud! We were recently awarded the title – just like in 2024 (!) Awarded by FOCUS MONEY and DEUTSCHLAND TEST as Winner in the category “Germany’s most popular language trips”. And we received the best feedback we could wish for. “Highest customer satisfaction.”
The survey for the DEUTSCHLAND TEST seal was entirely self-initiated by DEUTSCHLAND TEST together with the research institute Fact-Field. So, prior to publication, we knew neither about the surveys nor about the excellent results. The two institutes conducted a nationwide online survey in which so-called panellists were invited to rate travel providers. No customer addresses of the travel providers were used.
