The flight should arrive at London Heathrow between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the latest on the day of arrival. The transfer time to the camp in Kentish Town is approximately one hour.
We guarantee 100% that our Camp Team staff will be at the airport exit, to welcome all participants. Our staff wear green camps for friends T-shirts, name tags and can also identify themselves.
On the last day, our camp team members will also take all participants to the correct counter at the airport and assist with check-in. It's also very important to note that the exact date of the last day of departure must be adhered to for the return flight. The return flight should depart from London Heathrow no earlier than 1:00 PM on the day of departure.

Generally, yes. They are teenagers, after all. However, we are of course preparing the kids for this: At the beginning of the language course in London, we always travel together on the London Underground or by bus, so that the camp participants can get used to the city's routes. Our accommodation is located directly on the Northern Line and only 6 stops from the city center, so navigating the city is easy. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we will set up a WhatsApp group for all participants on the first day.
Even on shopping trips, the young people are free to move around in small groups of 3-5 people and pursue their own interests. A time and meeting point are always agreed upon, where someone from our team of supervisors can be found.
We recommend spending money of £75.00–£100.00 per week for everyday expenses while traveling, plus possibly more for gifts, souvenirs, or clothing. It's more practical to buy British pounds in Germany, as the exchange rates in London are considerably less favorable. Alternatively, you can pay almost everywhere in London with a debit or credit card.
Your child basically needs No separate insurance for the holiday camp: Your family's existing health and liability insurance is perfectly sufficient. However, please note the insurance information we provide during the booking process. Without travel cancellation insurance, we unfortunately cannot reimburse any costs in case of illness or similar circumstances.
